P1 New Policy – RM100 Upfront charges
P1 has just implemented a new policy in which a customer need to pay upfront activation fee of RM 100.00.
The purpose of this implementation is mainly to reduce the “load” of the first bill as many subscribers were shocked when they received the first bill.
P1 is constantly listening to feedback and comments from you all and willing to change according to majority choices.
