Want to complain that for two weeks already I frequently
have problems connecting to the internet using P1 wimax and connection often gives red signal everyday.
Upload and download is very slow too.
This is bad publicity as it was advertised that it is the “fastest
broadband”. Sorry to say that I do feel cheated.
It takes more than 5 mins to send a mail out.
I have called the technician many times already and he always tells me that it is due to upgrading work.
I am really NOT satisfied with the service I am receiving.
I am thinking of cancelling the service if nothing is done to improve the bad situation
My area is 11900 Bukit Jambul Penang.
Please attend to the problem immediately.
How to keep on paying for something I cannot get.
You seem to have easy access to my money but the goods given are so bad.
Please fulfill your part of the contract that is to provide the “fastest broadband”

Sorry for your frustration. Please walk in to PitStop at Persiaran Bayan Indah there, near Queensbay.
Suggestion:
1. Ask for an exchange of modem. Could be due to faulty modem.
2. Ask for a rebate on slow connection, they can do it for you.
If they refuse the above, my advise is ask for a termination and full refund.
