i was the old plan (Wiggy 69) user and i am exceeded my FAIR USAGE THRESHOLD every month, i feel that the current plan can’t satisfy me, is there any plan for me to upgrade?

Upgrade is allowed by P1. You can just give them a call on their hotline (1-300-800-888) and tell them your problem and your wish.

I’M AN EXISTING W1GGY 69 OR W1GGY. CAN I CHANGE TO W1GGY 59/89/129?
• Unfortunately no, it is not possible to switch plans as they have completely different modem ownership schemes.

Call the hotline and tell them you want to upgrade from 69 to 89 or 69 to 129. The keyword is upgrade, not change.
